Who we are

International Council Of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Research and development (ICAICSRD) is umbrella organization that provides wide ambit of AI and cyber security solutions to Industries and Government and also works towards attaining goals on UN Sustainability. It’s an initiative of Shruti Bist Socio Legal Foundation registered u/s S 8 of Company Act 2013 , Ministry of Corporate Affairs ,India .

Cyber-attacks are among the biggest threats luring the organizations today. This, together with the Cyber security skills shortage, is becoming the top priority for enterprises worldwide. Building a strong cyber security network for the entire nation and work on strategic policy making of cyber laws in India. Our vision is to secure our nation’s digital landscape and lead in shaping India’s cyber law policies, ensuring the safety of our technology-savvy generation against cyber threats. We are committed to fostering a secure, technology-driven ecosystem. AI based cyber defense is the use of artificial intelligence to monitor, analyse, detect, and respond to cyber threats in real time. AI can learn from previous malware data using machine learning techniques to identify novel and undiscovered threats AI can also scan the network for weaknesses and prevent common kinds of cyber-attacks. Harnessing AI and cutting-edge cyber tools, we aspire to transform various sectors, including defence, industry, and government. AI (Artificial Intelligence) has the potential to revolutionise a variety of industries, including medicine, education, and agriculture and security. Our vision is to develop new technology on AI , cyber security and forensic tools to combat the cyber threat and assist our Hon’ble PM mission of Cyber Swachhta Bharat through Cyber Swachhta Kendra , Digital India and other initiatives. Our Council is working on Digital India Initiative via Digital lab maker that seeks to promote establishment of AI and Cyber law Labs in each University and schools to promote technology relating to AI and also provide knowledge on Cybercrimes and forensic.

Our mission is to attain a high standard of AI and cybers security in country and attain sustainable development goals that requires cyber peace and capacity building for cyber resilient development Technologies of 5G and AI (Artificial Intelligence) have the potential to revolutionise a variety of industries, including medicine, education, and agriculture. We have dedicated team to research on latest AI related crimes and technology. Our mission is to provide cyber security to Industries and government via legal and tech team and ensure Cyber Swachh Bharat. ICAICSRD mission is to attain 17 UN Sustaianble development goals .

1)Research And Development on new artificial intelligence technology and cyber security tools for IT companies, firms, defence ,Ministries and government. It provides Research-driven technology, Cost-savings solutions, Industry leading products.

2)Consultancy and audit report on GDPR, Data protection, block chain and AI and cyber security tools.

3)Techno Legal Consultancy on Cybercrimes relating to people, individual, property or government.

4)Cyber Victim Counselling – Victim, Women especially feel “left nowhere” when they become victims of cyber stalking or harassment. We are to here to hear your problems and provide counselling to victims of Cybercrime to rehabilitate and resettle them in lives.

5)Cyber Security Training /Cyber Awareness Camps- Cyber security training courses such a post graduate diploma courses, Data protection official, CISO, Artificial Intelligence.

6)Ai & Cyber Law Policy-Artificial intelligence Bill and laws relating to Digital India bill and IT laws are newly to be introduced in Parliament. We provide Research report and white papers on various laws relating to AI, Cyber laws, IT laws and other legal issues and AI ethics

7) Forensic Auditing And Forensic Investigation – A forensic audit examines and evaluates a firm’s or individual’s financial records to derive evidence used in a court of law or legal proceeding.
